It All Starts With a Sketch
Every fine piece of jewelry begins with imagination. Our in-house designers start with hand sketches. We then move through various phases of design refinement, and the final concept is shared with our CAD specialists or expert jewelers who specialize in handcrafted fabrication.

Computer Renderings
Computer-generated images allow us to create unlimited designs and modifications without going through the actual manufacturing process. These renderings provide flexibility in planning the final design. We can create virtual jewelry in various metal colors to preview the design before the final selection is made and produced. Since we complete all of our jewelry designs in-house, our CAD designers ensure precision and attention to detail at every stage.

From Rendering to Polymer Wax Model
Once the final design is approved, we begin the manufacturing of the jewelry piece. This step involves using advanced model-building technology to produce a detailed polymer wax model, which is then used to begin the metal casting process.

The Manufacturing Process
A precious metal form is cast from a mold of the polymer wax model. We then use traditional crafting techniques combined with modern precision to produce fine, handmade jewelry. There are many steps in this process, and each one is carefully performed by skilled craftsmen. Our experience in fine jewelry spanning over 70 years ensures that we maintain the highest quality standards in every piece we create.
