One beautiful transparent 2.28 carat pear shape green emerald with dimensions of 10.51 x 7.39 x 5.66 mm. It has a mixed brilliant cut, and a clarity grade of very slightly included (evaluated at eye level), intense color intensity, and an excellent polish. The origin of this emerald is Zambia. This diamond accent and pear shaped pendant is classic and chic. Pear shaped stones have been known for a long time to create the illusion of length. The pear shape was a favorite of actress Elizabeth Taylor, whose engagement ring, presented to her by actor Richard Burton, was pear shaped.
